Ok I think this link here below shows all the running routes I wanted to share. This shows and discusses my running routes in Tokyo Japan, Nakhon Ratchasima (Korat) Thailand, Seoul Korea, and some in NC. My favorite running routes in the USA had to be by far the Baltimore/Washington DC area. I had so many trails and routes when living there it would take me more time than I have to post them all. Like the Baltimore Annapolis Trail, the NCR Trail in Towson (Northern Baltimore), the Mount Vernon train in DC/VA, the Patuxent Wild life Refuge trails in MD, the Crescent trail in George Town, DC area, and many many more, also I had a lot of good routes just running on Fort Meade and running from where we lived on Fort Meade to where I used to work in MD. I also love running in Arizona as well. It would take me forever to post all these routes so I just posted some of my more memorable and interesting running routes in other countries I have lived in and spent a lot of time in.
