Ok I try not to do vent post anymore - so I will classify this as my PSA for the month of March. Young people - disrespecting your parents is NOT CUTE! Tonight I had to sit at a table and listen to this 14 year old girl be rude, talk back to her mom and act completely ungrateful of the fact that her mom spent a nice chunk of change for her to have a birthday dinner with one of her friends. Parents - STOP BEING YOUR KIDS FRIENDS!! I love Devon, we have fun together but the MOMENT he forgets who I am - I remind him promptly. I am the momma - not your buddy. You cannot call me names, snatch away from me and you can NEVER disrespect me. I almost lost my mind when that little girl called her mom a weirdo and told her no. I think me an Genjis are done! I cannot take that kind of nonsense anymore - my nerves too bad.
