Ok, I understand outsourcing. But to have people who deal with people over the phone who has no idea what they are selling, what freaking day it is, knows how to listen to the customer, or even how to do their job, then I dont get it. If you dont want me calling back every day for 5-6 days straight, to yell at someone because of who ever messed up the day before, then give me someone who knows how to do their job!! I am about fed up with XFINITY. First it was selling me a plan and telling me that there would be things on the plan that were not. Then it was telling me that O, we can put you into what we told you that you wanted, but we are going to charge you even more with a one time credit of $30, But you have to pay more a month. So I go back to just internet. I have been having an issue where my internet works, then would randomly go out. I called and they said Signals good! Change the box. I changed the box and still had the same issue. So I call for a tech visit. The guy who set up the visit put wrong notes on the account, so tech thinks I have no internet and charges me $40 for a failed self install saying the problem is fixed.... So I call back because the Fixed issue was not fixed, to find out that the person who left notes for the tech said I had no internet....So Now I have to call back to Dispute the charge. SO I call for another tech visit to fix the issue, and the guy didnt even know what day it was.....I asked him to read me back the date my appointment was and he asked me, what day is today? He read me back Saturday Feb 25th between 8 and 10 AM..... At 9 when I still have yet to receive a call check my comcast online account to find out my appointment was for Feb 1st....... So I call today to have someone come out tomorrow....I am so tired of calling them....
