Ok, Im just gonna say this. For the past few days, the Michael Brown police murder in USA has been all over my newsfeed. According to sources, last Saturday afternoon, the 18 year old Brown was shot to death by a White police officer while apparently walking unarmed, from a convenience store to his grandmothers apartment in Ferguson. The case has sparked a series of furious protests across the small city, and a fresh crisis over civil rights and police brutality in the US. A petrol station has been looted and burnt down, protesters kept throwing objects and bricks at Police. Loudly and repeatedly, they accused the city police of hating black people. Now, I want to get something straight. How many times in the US has there been protests about a Black man killing a fellow black man? Just like these guys are mad and angry and ready to protest about the police officer that killed Michael Brown, why shouldnt they feel the exact same way when a black man is killed at the hands of another black man. I know numerous cases of homicide are recorded monthly in US but wheres the anger? Wheres the frustration? Why is this case different? Oh, i get it. Its a racial thing. If a black cop did same, they all feel pity & smug for a few days and everything returns to normal. Is that right? Huh? Cmon guys, lets be honest here. These protesters are fooling themselves. Big time.
