Ok Im not really sure how to light this or who to light but I received this custom Othello today and after taking him out of the box I immediately noticed one of his ears is shattered. I was extremely upset by this and while the post office was likely rough with it I also feel the box he was in was not adequately big enough for such a large model. The seller has many greens on here for packing and she was extremely nice to me as well so I hate to give any bad lights but now Im stuck with a model that I will either have to pay to have redone or sell him as is for less than what I paid. Any advice or input on this situation would be helpful. Pictures below show the model with the box and the hole in the box where the ear must have broken through.
