Ok, Im sorry but I have to rant!! I love dogs and I have 3. Mine are inside dogs. When they go outside they bark for the first little bit. I bring them right back inside if they bark too much. But neighbors dog barks for hours!!! Cant listen to tv or go outside on my patio to cook without them sitting at the fence and barking the whole time out there! Cant sit outside and carry on a conversation! Have talked to neighbors but not much better!!! Any suggestions?? Just want some peace and be able to sit on my patio!
