Ok Mega Truck guys, here is a question for ALL of you. After some consideration, I need to get some feedback. This pertains to STRICTLY the Mega Truck class only. What all safety devices do we feel we need on our rigs to make them safe? As far as the tech sheet goes, the only mandatory safety device is a harmonic balancer guard. U-joint guards, driveline hoops, trans and flywheel guards are up to the techs discretion. I personally dont want to spend the time and money trying to re-engineer my entire rig just to play in mud, but thats why I want everyones thoughts. Lets keep this to the point, and not make it personal.
