Ok ....More Madness Im finding out....Not Paying your Council Tax is not Illegal ..........You will get summoned To attend Court by the Council......You will see warrants etc but they either wont be signed or it will have a mickey Mouse signature..........If your daft enough to turn up in Court you will be approached By a very legal looking person........Who will seek you out and tell you to report to the Council offices This is because not paying your Council Tax is not illegal and therefore you cannot be prosecuted for non-payment in any Court. This Actually Happened to me a few years ago when I took Amey Roads to court ! I was Oblivious to this at the time but it would appear That Amey Rented a room off the court and some Plastic Puppet Judge was ushered in ......Yes.... just Me ....The Puppet....And Amey roads hatchet man.....2k Loss to me even though I wiped the floor with them.......Puppet judge begged me to leave it alone lol Anyways Here is a man thats not going to pay a penny Council Tax and has had his bill dropped youtu.be/zhIQSNXC-94
