Ok. My long rant... #Apple has started to totally suck & Im super sad about this. Been a loyal die hard customer since freaking elementary school! Have always been Mac all the way. I love how the system works & if your creative you know how much better Adobe functions on macs vs pc. But...I am recently at my breaking point! 1. I broke the screen to my MacBook. I can seriously pop it off & hand it to you (I just did that to the stupid employee helping me - Ill get to that in a sec). They quoted me $400 to replace. Parts in total run about $40. Huh? 2. The Genius employee was such a oh well dick when I asked a question it was like a F you to me. 3. I have been locked out of my account a total of 6 times in one month. Once they even couldnt get me back in for 4 days!!! 4. My iTunes has set to manually select songs for iPhone yet 3 genius calls later & it still tries to load all of my purchases filling my 32gigs Can we please bring Steve Jobs back to life?!? Since his passing it is going down hill fast!!! WTF Apple?!??
