Ok! New day, new year, new season. lets make very simple and easy changes. The Compound Effect is the first book Justus got me to read when he was 16. What an eye-opener. The power of tiny consistent steps every day. As us ladies age, 2 areas that gravity really works on in our physical bodies are 1. arms. 2. butts. Its January. We have 5 months to work on this before sundresses and bathing suits come out. Get some dumbbells and start working on triceps every other day. Underarm goosh can be conquered. You will feel so much better then you will want to tackle another area. 2. Butts, glutes, hips. The younger generation calls this area mom butts. This is not a good thing. Lets commit to doing squats on the day we arent working on arms and increasing the number as those muscles get stronger. Can you take 15 minutes every day and work on these areas? Rest the tricep while you work the glutes etc. When momentum begins to build you will be encouraged to keep going and you will feel so good going into spring. #nomoredieting #strongwomenagebetter #catchthewave
