Ok Part 1 of my personal fitness transformation is over. I set a baseline that Im happy with. Over the next few months its all about kicking ass and building muscle. Ill be doing more bootcamps with Asheesh Khokha, going to try out FitMob and do some yoga classes as well. To get me started, Smita Chand and I are doing a $40 bet on DietBet - diet.bt/1liIQaJ - Every person who loses 4% weight in 28 days wins the remaining pot. Anyone else who has been wanting to try losing weight is welcome to try and take my money :-). That means I need to lose 8 more pounds, considering that I already lost 16 this should be easy no?
