Ok Peeps of SCP Advice needed for one of the admins! ME! Sheryl! I have Fibro and osteoarthritis. The one place for sure that I know I have arthritis is in both my knees. The past couple of days my right hip has really been bothering me. Usually it is my left hip, but mu right has decided to join the party! I have not injured it, But bloody heck it is killing me. Very very painful! Had to go grocery shopping this evening. I got as far as the checkout and had to go sit in the van, I just could not stand anymore! I cant go for a nice warm bath, as I cant get in and out of the tub because of my knees. Standing or walking really hurts, heck laying hurts! HELP! ADVICE NEEDED! Any suggestions? Also my fibro is flaring up as well and I have no pain killers other than acetaminophen with codeine and Naproxen ~ Sheryl
