If you have a complaint about a call that was made during a race or any other problem or question that pertains to the ICAR Series you are to call the ICAR Headquarters in Angola,IN. at (260)668-4912 and that is a direct line to the ICAR series Owner Dave Muzzillo. Your Negative post will be deleted and that is considered your first warning. If it happens a 2nd time you will be BANNED from the site. The ICAR Top Speed Modified Tour is a Top Notch organization and we do NOT condone Negative Attitudes in our sport and our Sponsors do NOT condone it either. Most sponsors that are on race cars do NOT appreciate negative feedback either so if you are a racer think about what you post on the social media outlets such as Facebook or a Message Board.
