Ok, Sara Smith Gleason. Giving me #11 wont unlock the vault :) My being private makes her crazy :) 1. My 6th grade teacher kept me after school to tutor me in kick ball. . . . She was in her 50 or 60s and I was 12. . . . yes, I was that bad :) 2. I am scared to death of cancer. I was with my best friend, 39 yr. old mother of three, Tracy Walker, through her 18 month battle with cervical cancer. It was absolutely heart-wrenching to take her 6 year old daughter shopping, about a week before she passed away, to buy an outfit for the funeral. Tracy had to see it and approve of it. She said No, Brittany Spears clothes . That was so Tracy:) 3. I am always on a diet, which usually changes from day to day. 4. If asked, my favorite songs would be Tainted Love and Carrie Underwoods version of How Great Thou Art. 5. I have always used a brain surgeon as a point of reference when talking about intelligence and education. Little did I know Id have one doing his thing on me a couple of months ago. And yes, they are that smart. 6. My sisters and my mom are my best friends. 7. Ive learned a lot about life by watching someone die. Ironically, when someone faces a fatal disease their quality of life can actually increase by focusing on what matters. 8. Missy, Mandy and I are often asked if any of the two of us are twins. ! 9. I hope to be a Hospice volunteer someday. I actually started filling out the paperwork, getting references, etc. right before my own health issue a couple of months ago. They are truly amazing people. 10. A blessing comes out of every trial. I believe this 100%! 11. I am pretty proud of where I am at. Life changes bring about life changes :) 12. Bonus - Walker is 9 years younger than me . . . (I know you were wondering - haha.)
