Ok, Sherie is talking gratitude so I will give that a whirl. Publicly I am grateful for: *every experience I am gifted with, including the ones I didnt like today, because I trusted and learned *every breath I took while thinking and doing other things *every breath I was conscious of taking, cultivating higher awareness of being * every moment I recognized a fellow brother or sister truth seeker finding the grace of that moment, the gift that costs only our self-righteousness and self-importance * every practical means of living and enjoying life * the life partner I am graced with, the friends I interact with, face to face, instead of face to phone or face to screen * the wellbeing I choose, the health that is amazingly still there despite some of my goofy attempts to hurt my mind and body, * the happiness that is ever abundant for no dang reason other than claiming it as a part of who I am That about does it for today, happy night :-)
