Ok. So I just got out of my cardiologist appointment. The doctor was sooooooo impressed about my vitals and my weight loss!! He said whatever it is, keep doing it. And agreed with my pcp that Ill be off my blood pressure meds soon if I continue this trend. Which I plan to! I got my new order of drops and will be doing another round very soon. Finally, all my doctors are giving me GOOD news and Im leaving happy! I know I still have a long way to go, but Im taking it 1 step at a time. Ive gone down a size in shirts and in pants.
