Ok, This is whats happening, need advices: week ago, Ive recruited by a local JSC company which had less 30 staffs, take 25km from home. I work as Sale&MKT -below-manager-but-above-team Leader. Depends on what u think :). Boss is kind, staff is cute, theyre respect, I have 3 employees (2 sales support and 1 mkt). I have some advantages like flexible time, appropriate (base) salary, working-time...and Counselors, directors, managers are so good, well-known at their filed, learned much from them, and theyre willing to teach me what they know, ok, if its all about, it would be a great job. ...However !!! I got a call from CGV - CJ Group, to interview for Floor Supervisor position. Well, its sound fun, so I came to that interview, then, Of course, I wasnt accept that Position, but the problem is (I dont know why?), they promoted me to Cineplex Manager Assitant, it means that, I have 25% up compare with my job salary above, working appx 12km away, super professional environment (My Wish), work 6 days a week, great benefit...but its hard to develop myself, its stable job really, and highest promotion only cineplex Manager (or something like that), HR Department seems to like my CV...and i still thinking about it, its about to deadline to decided. What should I do ???
