Ok. Time to weigh in on Deflate-gate. This is the most egregious abuse of the rules that I have ever heard of. This is an intentional act by the team and the punishment should be the most severe. No, you cant disqualify them from the Superbowl, as much as I really feel that would be totally acceptable. Every person in that organization is responsible for this, from ownership, to the head coach, to the players, to the equipment guys. Everyone. Heres what I would do in Roger Goodells place: $100 million fine to the New England Patriots organization. To be paid by the organization its self not just from the ownership. $50 million fine to Kraft snd any minority owners to be paid by percentage of ownership value. $25 million fine to Bill Belichick. The fine money to be divided as 50% to the retired players fund and 50% to NFL charities at the discretion of the NFL Thoughts?
