Ok...Well I am feeling really empowered today! I have always had trouble being stern with people. My sister asked a favor of me this morning to call her tv and internet provider and cancel her service ( bc they absolutely suck!). She told me I would have to be sassy stern and bold. I took this as an opportunity and ran with it!!! I spent 20 minutes being an absolute pistol, yelling included because they would NOT let me cancel the service. That is something I would never do being Jessie on the phone, and who knew.... I had so much fun!!!
