Ok, Yall! I done gone Raw and Green!:-) I have been pre-paving the way to this for some time! I intend to eat, primarily, Uncooked and Unprocessed Fruits and Veggies and Whole Grains and Nuts; and Meat, on occasion. Its been Years since Ive had the Resolve to be this good to myself and to Stop Pretending that programmed Behaviors and Habits are a Sustainable Lifestyle. So, All Week (actually since Saturdays Farmers Market) its been lots of Organic Salad and some Steamed Veggies! I feel Great! Psychology, Im amped, because I am over the hump, so to speak, of feeling like I will miss any of the junk (ie., processed and with additives, like preservatives, dyes, and other chemicals!). Will keep you posted on my Success!!! :-)
