Ok. You will think now that we are back home I have nothing better to do than whinge. But I cannot let Liat get away with their gross neglect of their passengers. Due to their inefficiency it took two very long days to get from Grenada to New York. Suggestions to Liat: if you are late let your customers know that there us a three hour delay - ever heard of texting? Then pay the cab drivers who do not want to take your vouchers. Dont put clients you have stranded into hotels where the water does not run in the shower . Be clear with food providers so that they know they are giving a service in return for a voucher. Cover the cost of ongoing flights that have to be changed because you cannot deliver your passengers on time. LIAT - you could not organise a beer tasting in a brewery. I will never fly with you again and I doubt that the Indian gentleman stranded in St Maarten for five says will either! No more whingeing today!
