Ok, as usual, I have my own opinion on this. Yes, the line said is true of most christian ideals, that somehow not having god in school made the shootings happen. So, atheist, as well as many other religions, take the thoughts of a small part of a group and make it encompass the whole of the group. Every religion hates other religions based on the actions of the few in it. I think, in my opinion, being a non-christian myself, think instead of knocking these people for trying to set the right example, that god has nothing to do with the hatred in man, and arming its staff to protect children, we should embrace it, throw out the bullshit being passed by the fact it is a religious establishment, and use this for the movement to better our society, instead of hating it based of our own religious ideals, i think it is really stupid to knock a amazing idea because of where it came from
