Ok facebook friends I have a big question. Our family is in search for a family dog. Donnie and I are looking for breed suggestions. Our Must qualities are medium to large, preferably short hair or minimal shedding, very protective, smart and easily taught obediance. He doesnt want a bully breed and is leaning toward a German Shepard however Im not so sure. I tend to love the bulldogs... any suggestions??? He also wants a lab but Im skeptical that they would be protective of us and the kids if the need were to ever arise.
