Ok fellow whovians now that we are 2 episodes into the Capaldi era it looks like it will be a very interesting run ( The Doctor doing a little Dr House (minus the addiction issues of course) perhaps? ) Of course what is shaping up as the big mystery is Missy. 2 episodes, 2 appearances both times seeming to pluck one whose demise was the result of direct or indirect action by the Doctor right into her heaven. Many theories are being bandied about as to the true identity of Missy so for fun I figured Id toss mine into the ring. Most of the theories are of the who is variety but I suspect Missy is more of a what. Huh you say? Consider, this...We all know the Tardis is a sentient being that has a serious connection to the entire stream of time and especially the Doctors own stream. We also know that Clara (and the Great intelligence were both fragmented when they entered the Doctors time stream. We also know that while Clara successfully (as far as we know that is) reintegrated herself. But what of the GI? what if a fragment of the GI managed to find its way into the Tardiss stream corrupting that retained bit of her Idris persona...( if that is the case I SOOOOO want Neil Gaiman to write THAT story....)
