Ok, first set of squats and pushups done (Im doing 100/50 each day for the first two weeks, and 150/75 for the final two weeks) and all ab work is DONE! I found the first day of this challenge to be substantially more challenging that last month! Especially the situps and crunches! Going to need a LOT of support from the group this month to get through this but WE GOT THIS! Its a great day to be ALIVE! Woo hoo!
