Ok folks I apologize for this post but I must speak my mind on all these make me an offer posts Ive been seeing lately on here. For one, more than likely, if I make YOU an offer on YOUR equipment, youre not gonna like it. Because its not mine and if I really want something Im gonna try and pay the least amount possible. While you are probably trying to get top dollar for your equipment right? So here lets come to a mid point before we get into an argument about the price you want for your stuff. Do some homework on what youre trying to sell. Look on eBay or some other site and check whats the going rate for your USED(yes even if its still NIB its still considered used merchandise and you will NOT get $10 under retail for it) equipment. And as stated before yes even if the piece of equipment has never seen power, its still used people. No matter if it was purchased an hour ago, its still considered used. Please stop trying to sell your stuff at retail when its used. Now some rare equipment being sold at a price higher than its original retail price is understandable, due to it being a rare item. But equipment that can still be purchased on any website that sells car audio at $10 below retail is a ripoff. Sorry it truly is. Think about it for a minute. Why would anyone wanna pay YOU $175 for your used equipment, when they can get an actual brand new one from the original manufacturer for $189.99? So to end my ramble and get bakk on point if what Im trying to get across here is... If you come to sell something know what you want for it and please dont try to sell equipment for almost brand new off the shelf prices. If we wanted that wed order online or go down to the local brick and mortar shop. Hell put a starting price at the least then say youll take offers. But dont try and sell your used stuff for damn near brand new prices. /endramblings
