Ok folks need some advice for my son....He went for a job interview the other day, He already has a job but fancies a change, the job he is in is ok mostly gives him quite a few hours not amazing pay but he still at home, The new job offers some more hours doing similar job and a bit better pay....but the problem im worried about is they want him to go for 2 weeks training before they will offer him a job so it will mean he will have to jackin his job he has without a comfirmed offer of a job, Its for a company i have never hear of as well so we dont know what they are like. What do people think my worry is he will jack in his job and then end up without a job, i am not sure its good practice or maybe it is?? for a company to expect someone to have to do training before they give a job offer especially as the training is for 2 weeks 10.30-4.30 everyday so couldnt even fit around his work he has, Thoughts please people????
