Ok freirnds. DRUM ROLL PLEASE.... After a year in the making I am ecstatic to announce the opening of The Mind Gym a Playground for Personal and Spiritual Development!!! February first the doors will be open. You have all been to classes or workshops where you get all excited about the new information and the new attitude that you experienced in the class, only however to feel less than that high a few days later. Now there will be a place to come 6 days a week to get replenished and refreshed. With a plethora of classes and numerous different teachers, approaches, and modality, you will, no doubt be able to find exactly what is right for you to expand and develop your personal and spiritual life. True happiness is not just an elusive dream, it is tangible and real here for all of us to embrace!!! More details as we get closer to opening date with a calendar of classes and other services we will provide. Thank you to all my family and friends for their support as this was coming to fruition and thank you to all of my students who have been patiently waiting for new classes to start. Its PLAYTIME!I
