Ok friends :) i feel very strongly about this . if you have a pet in your household you should really sign this petition . This little dog was drowned by a neighbour because he didn,t like her barking ... Every day people are being unbelievably cruel to animals , hurting them , killing them and most of the time they get hardly any punishment at all .
