Ok friends, join me via fb/cyberspace for an eight weeks weight loss challenge. Each week or day, I share Healthy tips, portions sizes, foods combination/ substitute , food options & exercise regimens. My foods menu will deliver from a dietitian and I will deliver to you. Also daily exercise regimen will encourage & stimulated. (You dont have to go to d gym, just get a skipping rope & good music). That will do it. Also draw a hop scotch on d ground as far as it can go and hop in it 15 minutes in each intervals to accumulate 30 to 40 mins of workout. As easy as that. Guys if u want to join me on this 8 weeks weight last challenge , lets start. Remember, we will not meet in person, this is via Facebook ONLY. This is not a diet, it strictly eating healthy small portion with a list of all foods from d food pyramid. Such as: Whole grains, fruits, veggies, meats (proteins ), & oils. BUT D KEY IS SMALL PORTIONS GUYS! We will also act as support groups to others, BECAUSE some days are hard, & by giving each others support and tutorials each days/wks, it will boost our selves to success. So if you are willing, the first thing I want u to do is download this app lose it.. see below for picture of app.. This app will aid in counting calories & exercise to make sure we r stay n with in our calories/ exercise perimeter. One more thing, lots of water guys. At leas 8 glass per day. Lets do this my friends. I am taking off 14 lbs, and I will be at your side till u take off your desire weight .
