Ok guys here are the photos I promised earlier. Heidi has worked her butt off (American reference) to bring you these tastes of the States. Breakfast is something called Chester (Heidis hometown) corn beef hash with housemade scone, rich white sauce and two fried eggs.. Tapas is Meeghans mozzarella sticks, crumbed mozzarella and deep fried, so when its cut in half it oozes out melted cheese......naughty but very nice..... The main is an All American chilli con carne, with steamed brown rice, corn bread and sour cream.....spicy enough to warm you up.... And the fish of the day is crispy skinned Barramundi on deep southern dirty ( by name only) rice, wilted chard and saffron aioli. So get into Main Street this week and sample the tastes of the States......and feel free to pass your compliments onto Heidi.....she deserves it.....
