Ok here it is.... My no makeup selfie for Breast Cancer Awareness . Most of you who know me know that I am a Breast Cancer Survivor! And Im not undermining any of you beautiful women who have put yourselves out there without your makeup . My hat is off to you! And thank you for the support. But the real picture Id like to show you is below the neck in this picture .... But I cant because I know some of you would never understand or be able to handle it . Going thru the process of chemo , radiation , and any type of cancer is never about how you look . If it were you could get over that very easily. Just slap on a wig and some makeup! Its about the long term effects it has on your life, your familys life . They life you will have to live after that diagnosis. Things are NEVER the same ! Yes you try to go about your life in a normal way but CANCER is always hiding in the shadows. Im very fortunate to be cancer free now for 10 years and I give God my savior the credit for that! But during my battle with cancer I lost my mother and a best friend to this evil disease . So please dont take offense to anything Ive posted I just wanted to keep it real in the mindset of things! Thanks for all the support from those who are doing this and keep it up and keep it real....
