Ok here you go Lynne....You didnt believe I was once a bigger lady...well here is a before and after.....now thou my hair has changed in the last weeks as you can see by my profile pic lol I have to say thou size does not matter about the person you are , or your heart.....for me my choice to be larger was from depression and not liking myself....since loosing this 30 pounds I am better health wise....my fibramyalgia is not debilitaing as it once was, lower blood pressure and more energy and yes being single, more confidence and joy.....To be judged by size is not something I do , nor would I care , it is how you treat me personally. I am just proud of myself for weight had such control over me and now that I finally believe in myself and my dreams I will continue with this struggle...want to loose another 20 ...but one day at a time....and being a good cook does not do a diet good lol love ya peeps
