Loads of Volunteers - 3 for each hostel block; 1 for each bus as mentioned by Ashy, also Amit has already volunteered for one of the Abu Dhabi routes; for getting signature in the library, canteen, minimart,indoor courts,mess,gym,labs. Please volunteer guys youll anyway be free in the first week atleast, so you can do this and have some hope of still doing a job in Gitex. 2. I need to have the copy of the contract (Ill smudge out your details and your company name), so that I can quote the contract and also attach it as proof. Also I need to know exactly what happens if the contract is breached. If possible we can mention the contact details of a reliable recruiter that will explain the gravity of the situation to the college officials if contacted. 3. I need to get about 24 double sided print outs of the petition. This is a herculean task, but if executed well we we can get what we demanded and it will act as a reminder to the faculty, to keep in mind such things in the future, making gitex a component free period.
