Ok, heres the story. And does this sound right, or do I have a beef???? LAST Tue, I discovered water in my veggie drawers in my 11 1/2 month new refrigerator Both drawers had water, and near the back it froze! Freezing some of my veggies in the water, and on the other side, the water made my crescent rolls and biscuit packs pop open. (4). So I called Sears. We had a insurance contract for 3yrs., and they said they would have someone out on Sat. LAST Sat. On Thursday, I get a call saying the service man called in sick, and I would have to set up another appt. I ? this and he said he would be sick for 4 days. (wish I could diagnose my recovery time like that.) However, the apt was made for this past Tue. (still getting water, still freezing) Now it is a week. So the guy comes and spends 5 min on the computer, and said its a relay. It will take about 3 days to come in, And Ill set you up for an appointment Next Wed..... hands Dick a paper that says the service call is $145. and the part is $5.99. My ?, does this sound normal??? I dont know.
