Ok, hypothetical for ya folks. Let us say that you were told something specific you wear at work (dress code related) is fine one day, and than a week later, you get written up and sent home for wearing that pre-approved article of clothing. Add to that, that several other petty, completely unrelated issues have been presented to you in the form of write ups as well over a short time, ok? Your General Manager is not talking to you in any sort of constructive way so the problem can be resolved, but instead just keeps on going after you like this. Do you bring the issue up the chain of command? Or do you simply do nothing and hope you dont end up losing your job over a problem that hasnt been even identified to you?
