Ok im fixing to go on serious rant mode! I read a post on the whole girl with the African wild game pictures NO ONE can get over......but this time ...it was an attack on hunters. And how all of them are sick and should be ashamed for killing another creature and how it should be illegal.... First off...anyone can fill out the paperwork and get their lisense and tags to take these animals. Oh wait! No they cant! First you have to take a hunter safety course to teach you proper handling of a fire arm and the laws surrounding hunting. Then you have to buy you lisense AND your tags....every year. You tags are only good for a specific number and type of game. Why do hunters have to buy tags why not take as much as they want I thought thats what they did anyway? Ummmm no they dont, and why? you ask? Its called wildlife conservation! A certain number of animals are allowed to be havested so that the overall population can remain health and even give it the opportunity to grow without becaming unsustainable. Yeah but hunters use guns thats totally unfair to the animals! Heres my question. ...have you ever shot a gun? Guns are NOT the easiest thing to handle. They have to be cleaned, sighted in, and you have to practice...alot. Hunters take pride in making a clean shot. Which mean the animal is brought down quickly and made to suffer as little as possible. And if a hunter uses a bow there is jyst as much if not more skill involved. And a hunter bring down an animal is FAR more humane than methods used to slaughter animals for the general public! Especially horses that end up at slaughter. And as a hunter who manages to keep my family feed thanks to the animals I hunt, I do not believe in treating those animals with anything BUT respect. And every time I step out into those woods I could easily fall prey to the predators of that area. Well not all hunters are like that! And those are the people who deserve yo be attacked not hunters as a whole.... #rantover
