Ok, its not BCT but a story of 3 NCOs creativity. We were at lovely Ft. Pickett, VA for AT and one night as we were chilling in our tent SPC X (cant remember his name, he was backfilling our Co.) stepped outside to make a phone call. Unfortunately he forgot something very important (some might say sensitive). Thats right, he forgot his M16. So SGT B, SGT M, and SGT N grabbed it. When he got back into the tent, they took him outside and made him do 30 push-ups then handed him a tent stake (like the 3 foot long vampires worst nightmare wooden tent stake) and told him it was his side arm. He was to carry it at all times and any time an NCO would ask why he had it, he had to knock out 10 push-ups and then explain the situation. Poor sap didnt know what to do when SSG P asked him after he finished explaining the first time. NA
