Ok ladies I need serious help!! Thanksgiving is thursday (of course we all know that) and its been up in the air as to what we were doing (tons of family issues going on right now) so I decided today im making thanksgiving dinner just for our small family.. I just bought the turkey.. its 15.24 lbs.. how long do I cook it? When do I start? I want to try my hardest for it not to dry out so I really dont want to start Wednesday night.. my mom always started the night before and the turkey was always dry as dirt.. whats the best temp and time to cook this thing?!?! Yes I am 27 and havent never cooked a turkey hahaha shhh
