Ok, ladies the last week of zumba this year is starting tomorrow (Monday 8th December). All classes are running as usual morning and evening but please note only one class on Tuesday at Copleston, just 7pm in the hall with the stage. I wasnt going to do the 12 days of xmas this year cos there are too many moves, even though Ive simplified quite a lot but i cant resist , Im reposting this video from previous years which has inspired me. Our version is no way near as complicated , but using the same song. Also rocking around the xmas tree will be in this week. Feel free to xmas accessories, if you feel like it. XXX
