Ok, let me come clean and admit that Ive never really followed Journeys music. It was before my time and even as I started playing instruments, Ive never known the band as anything but a ballad writing machine, with the occasional rock n roll arena rock songs........ Oh Boy was i ever ignorant. I just spent the last two days looking up Journey songs and live footages and let me tell you - these guys can frikin play!! Holy crap wow!! I mean, I never thought Journey and Prog rock would be used in the same sentence until recently. These guys are stellar muscians who completely kill! Anyhow, to show my new found appreciation I could post old live videos or tracks, but seeing that my new excitement for Journey has gotten me all giddy, its only logical I share my favorite live footage - live in Manilla featuring Arnel Pineda the voice of Journey.
