Ok... let me try posting again... I have a serious request for my friends and family: I am in need of either A) a high-powered BB gun B) a strong paint ball gun or C) a low cal pistol I dont want nor need to hear anything about animal cruelty, because we have honestly taken every available road we could to no avail... We had another dog attack today. They attacked and killed my neighbors cat, and attacked Hugo. They also attacked a cat that belongs to the family who lives behind us. Hugo is at the vet, but the vet is unsure of his prognosis. This is the second attack in a matter of weeks from dogs running loose in this neighborhood. That makes 2 cats killed (and a possible 3rd, Flake), and 3 injured badly enough to need veterinary care. We live behind Centerville Elementary school and would like for anyone who knows anyone who lives in this area to keep a lookout for these dogs. They were described as two brown pitbull mixes, one smaller than the other. We were lucky enough to have neighbors who were outside during the attack who beat the dogs off of my cat and potentially saved his life. But after they got the dogs off of my cat, one of the dogs charged at my neighbor. She was thankfully protected by the chain link fence between our yards. She tried to keep an eye on the dogs and their whereabouts until police arrived, but they went separate ways and she lost track of them. I and my neighbors are all fearful for our pets lives and are afraid to even let our kids play outside. If anyone could please let me borrow anything described above to keep my family and pets safe from another attack, I would greatly appreciate it. Anything that is loaned to me will be returned upon capture or death of these dogs. Anyone who knows me knows how much of an animal lover I am, and knows that I would have to be at my wits end to resort to something this drastic. Please let me know if you can help. I want to thank Ciera Townsend for quickly picking me up and taking me to the vet and Tony Aquino for meeting me up there so quickly. I appreciate everything yall did for me and Hugo.
