Ok my crazy diary is now approaching the summer holidays next year (July 2015) - thats just mental! So Im debating whether to close my diary for some time and not take anymore bookings for alittle bit. But Id rather not have to do that to be honest, what we are planning on doing is wading through the diary day by day now and asking ALL clients for a small deposit to secure the booking. As my waiting list has been so long this year I have found that occasionally clients have changed their mind, gone elsewhere or not responded to our messages (rude). So going on experience I would guess this could be the case with some of next years bookings. Asking for deposits now will secure appointments for those clients who are serious about having the treatment. And I bet my waiting list could potentially decrease a little if we take the time and eliminate those who maybe arent 100% serious about their appointments. The deposit will be none refundable Im afraid as it covers the endless hours Janet puts in to managing my diary, replying to messages, sorting patch tests and paper work etc. If you could please just wait for Janet to contact you that would be great and if you have booked an advance appointment but need to cancel then please do let me know ASAP as this will help us not have to close the diary ;-) xx
