Ok my fitness friends, those with allergies and beyond... Here is a list of foods that can only be eaten by a wee toddler due to intense reactions to anything thats not organic and most foods-the list below is what he can have a few down bottom which are No nos! If you have recipes or know of brands/websites/stores that have legit stuff that wont let the poor wee boy break out can you please post or Pm me-trying to collate for him and his whanau 💜 Spuds, carrots,pumpkin, Kumera,broccoli, green beans,sliver beet cauliflower. Fruit: Apples , pears,bananas, avocado Meat: Chicken,fish, red meat Other stuff: Peanut butter,honey, dried apricots,dates, Seeds,nuts,coconut oil, coconut milk, oat milk,spices ,herbs,no ginger. The odd egg, organic flour. Can have organic pasta but no rice
