Ok not trying to start any trouble/controversy but it was brought to my attention that theres a flyer of a party that was promoted by Mike & Dave & Van Silk in 1983 featuring Grandmaster Flash & The Furious 5, The Crash Crew and The Treacherous 3 (which is in the book Yes Yes Yall) and myself and a few others have seen the same flyer in Cornell universitys archives where ancient documents and rare manuscripts are kept in order to preserve them and to our surprise the same exact flyer has another groups faces on it as though they were one of the artists featured to perform on that show and they were not...This is why I stress the importance of telling our history accurately and blackout on whoever circumvents that! Its a shame that some people would stoop so low they would photo shop flyers in order to make it appear as though they were relevant or even present during a certain time when they were not! This needs to be corrected ASAP because if I have to mention it again I will shout out names! Smfh
