Ok...nothing against those who posted their rant msgs in Facebook when Gilas lost to Puerto Rico last night and blaming coaches, system, players will to win, breaks of the game, etc Look, as a sports bloke what I love the most is winning and athletes hate losing...period.Theres no gray area: just win or lose. The fact that Gilas went in the FIBA World Cup is itself an achievement coz even as we are a basketball nation, we need to recognise that we are playing the grandest stage of all. So utang na loob. No more rants please. Even the players (plus the coaches and all the crew! Doesnt need it. When Australia entered the World Cup months ago, they were downplayed by everybody except Australians! Even them they supported them all the way even to the last second of their final match even if it was too early in the morning. Even the Kiwis when they did the Haka war dance in front of Team USA, the nba superstars were dumbfounded but the Kiwis played their heart out. So lets just enjoy the game against Senegal. Win or Lose, lets not blame everybody even MVP. For it had not been for them, we wont even be in the FIBA WC in the first place :)
