Ok, now that Ive finally pulled myself out of my JamesonMeister induced coma I think its time I wrote a little bit about the Harleys Angels 4th Annual Benefit Ride and Hog Roast. A lot of people said Thank you to me (The one that made me smile the most was when Mike rolled up on me and said Great show, man! You did it, thank you!) but to tell you the truth I didnt do much. I dont play guitar or sing, I didnt run sound or lights and I dont cook. I play tunes before the bands and while bands are switching and I assembled a crew of experienced musicians who love what they do and are willing to help each other. This was a GROUP effort and I gotta say we pulled it off with flying colors! What a great show and good time we all had! Thanks to EVERYONE who helped out in so many ways! Ill probably forget to tag some people because Im still half asleep but if I forget you feel free to call me a douche LOL! Brian, you were a HUGE help all day long, dude! Thank you so much! JJ was there until 2 am with me the night before drinking cherry vodka and got up early just to roll with me to help set up tents/tables/chairs! Bit a Danger, The Elect (Light), Knockhead (my friends since 7th grade), Smoke Ring (you guys killed it!), ATTIC and Jason Downs (awesome set, dude! Youre welcome back EVERY year!) all donated their time and hard work and we truly appreciate your efforts! Jeff laid waste to some amazing food and worked on it for DAYS! George was there being the supervisor we needed and stopping us from jacking the tents up lol! Thanks to ALL the people who showed up and hung out with us! Bionic Eric I totally forgot to get a pic of you and the wifey lol! Glad to see ya out there! We do all this work (Ive been working on this for literally 6 months) out of our love for Moe, Laura Lee and little Harley and its worth every minute! I appreciate you all trusting me with this responsibility! Every year it just gets better and you can trust that Ill work even harder next year. Scott and Angela were the best hosts and friends anyone could ask for and I always enjoy your company! I hope everyone had a good time and ate lots of the great food, I know I did!
