Ok, ok, Ive been posting nothing but good food (cheat meals) but I dont always eat like that. This is a very easy and tasty marinade. If you want super tender and flavorful steak/chicken, use this marinade: salt, fresh sliced onions, fresh cilantro, the juice of 1 orange, and 1 beer (make sure its not a dark beer). I use corona, bud light, or heineken....for chicken, skip the beer. Let it marinade over night. Super easy and full of flavor.
