Ok, peeps, its your last chance to support me in the Ride to Conquer Cancer. Do you know how difficult it is to ask for donations? Well...when youve had a conversation, actually the last conversation with a friend dying of this disease and in that you promised to raise money to fund a cure and you heard his voice light up, laughter, encouragement....well, it is still not easy. Ive said over and over....Id rather be having a beer on some shit layover with Chris, then asking for money to support a cure for this heartless, unforgiving, soulless disease. I wont lie, I will be coming off three weeks in the South of France (which Chris would have encouraged), not being on my bike for three weeks but my resolve, which goes beyond strength in muscles and practice, is that promise.
