Ok people, there are quiet a few Bootcampers getting injuries especially in the lower leg area, the calf. When talking to some of you the first thing that comes out is over training. If you have just started your Bootcamp journey and you have got pain in your lower leg front, back and sides then this could be due to going from zero to hero to soon!! If you havent exercised for at least 4-6 weeks or more then 3 session of Bootcamp a week will be enough doing anymore and you are going to get possibley get shin splints or a even worse injury.
